On March 6th and 7th, 2021 Shanghai Esports Professional Referee Training Class was successfully held in E•ONE Esports Training Base, Building 25 of our park. Since the base was put into use in October 2020, it has successively been used as a training center for female esports teams, a direct broadcasting platform, a brand salon of 'Shanghai Esports Roundtable', and a shooting location for VSPN's King of Glory variety show. Last year, it was officially listed as the designated training base of Shanghai E-Sports Association, the designated training base of Shanghai E-Sports Training Team, the designated training base of Shanghai Online Game Industry Association and the designated training base of Shanghai Internet Public Online Service Industry Association.

     This training is still the continuation of traditional sports referee course and e-sports model of combining professional courses, for DOTA2 projects and hearth legend each event system, the rules of the game teaching and requirements of cutting content, at the same time invited to come from a perfect world, netease blizzard, seven greatest original and race track e-sports practitioners as a specialized course education senior lecturer.

This issue of e-sports referee training and enrollment for the masses, to attract students no lack of engaged in the relevant work of e-sports people, more are from all walks of life 'layman' - pharmacists, firefighters, lawyers, network engineers and so on. They also hope to have more opportunities to understand esports, recognize esports and even participate in esports through professional esports referee training.

Under the guidance of Shanghai Municipal Sports Bureau and National Sports Federation, Shanghai esports Sports Association has launched Shanghai Professional Esports referee training since 2018, and has opened 7 training sessions, and has successively cooperated with esports projects such as League of Legends, Honor of Kings, FIFA Online4, DOTA2, Hearthstone, etc. At present, more than 200 students have obtained the Level 3 referee qualification certification through training and assessment, and nearly half of them have engaged in the adjudication service of e-competition.

This year, the base is expected to hold two professional ESports referee training. In the future, Cambridge E•ONE E-sports training Base, as an important development area of the park, will also carry the multiple functions of professional talent output and industrial incubation acceleration, improve the industrial ecology and social ecology of e-sports in the park, and play an important role in the sustainable development of the park.
