The poem describes in detail the origin and preparation of laba porridge, which is also known as 'Seven treasures and five Flavors Porridge'. It also reflects the ancient times of famine, poor harvests, starvation and the use of congee by buddhist temples.

Today is the annual laba Festival, the traditional festival, E·ONE park in the canteen for everyone to make hot laba porridge, launched the 'Love Laba, love warm heart' activity.

The porridge contains glutinous rice, red beans, mung beans, lotus seeds and red dates. There are 8 ingredients such as peanuts, thick and thick in a big pot, and everyone can get it for free. If there is not enough to eat, you can also bring a bowl home for your loved one, the elderly or children. When it was time for dinner, everyone was pleasantly surprised. Instead of rice, they opted for a bowl of soft, sweet laba porridge.
